Dr. Kasper shares her personal journey of reversing her pre-diabetes with a healthy diet. She then explains macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, and fat) and micronutrients (vitamins and minerals). The episode concludes with practical tips on cleaner eating through shopping the perimeter of grocery stores, eating at home and choosing less processed and more plant-based foods.
