There’s a little bit of history, and a little bit of science in this episode. Whole foods are the key to nutrients that impact health. Read a label like a pro and know how to interpret nutrition facts, ingredient lists, and all those claims on the front of the package. Then you’ll go to the grocery store ready to make informed choices and not be confused by misleading claims.
