After 20 years as a sleep-deprived OB doctor, I landed on the other side of the sheets as a very sick patient. Years of sleep deprivation took a serious toll on my health. I discovered the power of lifestyle medicine to transfrom my health and now I help others learn the benefits of lifestyle medicine for restorative sleep.
